In their own words

“One of my favourite moments was seeing him willingly try a new vegetable without an argument.”

“Mealtimes used to be a daily battle in our house. Oliver would refuse almost everything new and wanted to eat the same two or three foods every day. The approach helped us take the pressure off and make trying new foods feel more like a fun activity. One of my favourite moments was seeing him willingly try a new vegetable without an argument. I loved how simple and positive the routine was. I'd definitely recommend it to other parents!”

Sarah T., 30sMom of Oliver, 5

“She hasn't suddenly started eating everything, but we've made lovely progress.”

“Lily was extremely picky, and dinner often turned into negotiations about what she would or wouldn't eat. I learned that making mealtimes calmer was just as important as introducing new foods. We started involving her in choosing and preparing meals, and she became much more interested in what was on her plate. She hasn't suddenly started eating everything, but we've made lovely progress. The positive approach made all the difference.”

Jessica M., 40sMom of Lily, 6

“He's now much more willing to have new things on his plate.”

“I was getting frustrated because Noah refused to even look at certain foods. I loved learning how to introduce new foods without pressure or forcing him to take a bite. We started with small steps, like helping in the kitchen and exploring different textures. He's now much more willing to have new things on his plate. Mealtimes feel happier and less stressful for everyone!”

Emily R., 30sMom of Noah, 4

“She's started showing more curiosity about different foods”

“Our biggest challenge was getting Mia to try anything outside her usual favourites. I used to feel like I had to prepare completely separate meals just to get everyone to eat. The routine helped us create a more relaxed atmosphere at the table and involve Mia in the process. She's started showing more curiosity about different foods, and we even enjoy cooking together now. I really appreciated how realistic and encouraging the approach was.”

Laura B., 40sMom of Mia, 7

“It's been lovely seeing him become more curious and involved at mealtimes.”

“Ethan would say "yuck" before even tasting something new! I was tired of turning every meal into a negotiation. What I liked most was learning to celebrate small steps instead of expecting immediate results. We started exploring foods together, and he gradually became more comfortable with things he previously refused. It's been lovely seeing him become more curious and involved at mealtimes. I would absolutely recommend it.”

Amanda K., 30sMom of Ethan, 5

“It's been a positive experience for our family.”

“Sophie has always been selective about food, and I wanted to make mealtimes less stressful for both of us. The routine gave us some simple ideas to encourage her to explore new foods without pressure. I especially liked involving her in meal preparation and letting her make small choices. We're still working on expanding the foods she'll eat, but we've had some encouraging little wins. It's been a positive experience for our family.”

Who this is for

Made for parents who are tired of the battles

This is for you if
  • Your child eats the same few foods every day
  • Dinner often turns into a negotiation
  • You cook separate meals to keep the peace
  • You have 10 minutes a day, not a whole new routine
Not for you if
  • Your child gags or chokes on many textures, eats fewer than 10 foods, or the doctor is worried about weight. Start with your pediatrician or a feeding therapist.
  • You want a quick fix without 10 minutes a day

A very selective eater? The plan starts at looking and touching. In 21 days the goal is new foods tried, not "eats everything".

Questions at the table

What parents ask first

My child eats only a few foods. Is this for us?

Yes, it was made for picky eaters. The plan starts at looking and touching, at your child's pace. If your child gags or chokes on many textures, eats fewer than 10 foods or the doctor is worried about weight, start with your pediatrician or a feeding therapist. The quiz tells you honestly.

What ages is it for?

Children aged 2 to 10. A 4-year-old gets stickers and Pickles. An 8-year-old gets a taste log, kitchen jobs and real choices. The quiz picks the words for your child's age.

My partner or the grandparents do some dinners. Then what?

On Day 1 you send them the Grown-Ups Card by text. It opens on any phone, no app needed: the house rules, tonight's move and the words for when someone starts "three more bites".

What if my child eats nothing at dinner?

That happens, and it's part of the plan. The Bad Night Plan tells you what to do and say. The safe food always stays on the table, and a bad night is not a lost day.

I have two picky kids.

A second child is included. Each child gets their own plan and their own sticker chart.

Will it work for my child?

Every child is different. The Day 1 and Day 21 check shows you, in your own numbers, the foods your child accepts, the fights in a week and your stress at the table. If it's not for you, you get your money back.

Do I have to force my child to taste?

No. No forcing, no bribes. The steps make trying food feel safe, and a sniff or a touch counts too.

Do I have to cook special meals?

No. You use the food you already cook for the family, and one food your child already eats is always on the table. The 30 recipes are there when you want new ideas.

How long does it take each day?

About 10 minutes, and most of it happens at a meal you already have.

Is this a subscription?

No. The challenge is one payment and it's yours to keep. Nothing renews. After Day 21 the app keeps going for free. If you want more, there is an optional membership you can switch on yourself. You never need it, and you cancel it in one tap.

What phone do I need?

Any iPhone or Android phone with a browser. You add the app to your home screen in a few seconds. No app store.

What if we miss a day?

The plan waits for you and picks up where you are. No guilt, no starting over.

Will the price go up?

Yes. $47 is only for the next 100 members, or until the date shown at the top of the page. Whichever comes first. Then it's $69. Join now and you pay $47 once, and never more. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

When do we start?

Right away. The app opens as soon as you pay, and the link is in your email too. Day 1 can be tonight's dinner.

How do refunds work?

Email us within 30 days of buying. We refund in full.

Is this medical advice?

No. This program is not medical advice. Talk to your pediatrician if your child has allergies, weight concerns or a medical condition.

Who is Pickles?

Pickles is our mascot, a hedgehog with a bib and a tiny fork, and the pickiest eater of all. He keeps you and your child company in the app. The program was created by a certified nutritionist with 7 years of experience.
